-Lashes must always be squeaky clean before your appointment
-Lahti Lounge does not offer refunds. This includes services, booking fee (deposit), product, or no-show fees.
-No chewing gum or mints during appointment 
-No guest without prior approval
-Must cancel appointment 24 hours or more in advance (50% of the service fee if less than 24 hours)
-No show's are charged 100% of the service
