No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy helps maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time.
Deposits and Fees

Non-Refundable Deposits: All full sets require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. This policy guarantees your appointment slot and helps prevent last-minute cancellations.

Appointment Preparation

Makeup-Free Policy: Clients must arrive at their appointment without makeup and with squeaky-clean lashes. This ensures the best adhesion of the extensions and the overall quality of the service.

Avoid Caffeine: Please refrain from consuming caffeine for at least 3 hours before your appointment. This helps minimize any potential jitters and ensures a more relaxing experience.
FYI: Parking Information
There is street parking available as well as a parking lot at City Hall. You can pay at the meter or use the "Passport" app for convenience. Our building is located next to the City Hall parking lot.
